This project focused on creating a unified workflow management system for sales teams, consolidating multiple tools and processes into a single, intuitive platform.

The sales team was struggling with managing tasks across multiple platforms, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities. We conducted extensive user research to understand the pain points and designed a solution that brings all workflow management into one cohesive system. The platform enables teams to track tasks, collaborate effectively, and maintain visibility across all sales activities.
